Every party is different. If our standard packages don't quite fit, talk to us. We've built menus around themed parties, big dietary lists, mixed cultural celebrations and backyards with their own quirks. We're flexible and we love a good brief.

Religious requirements, kids' menus, late-night snacks — just ask. For allergies, we plan carefully and confirm every dish with you before the day, though as a busy hawker kitchen we can't guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
Booking essentials
One minimum per party
Your party is priced on one minimum spend, based on your event date. Most parties are priced on the minimum; per-guest pricing applies once your guest total goes above it.
- Off-peak (May–Aug): $2,500 inc GST
- Peak (Sep–April): $3,000 inc GST
Smaller guest lists are welcome — the minimum covers preparing, staffing and bringing the truck to you.

Do you come to our place?
Yes — backyards, gardens, warehouses, most venues. We bring our own kitchen, so we're not relying on yours. Travel within 25km of Cheltenham is included; beyond that it's $9.50 per km for the return distance, shown in your quote before you book.
What's the minimum?
One minimum spend per party, by event date: $2,500 off-peak (May–Aug) or $3,000 peak (Sep–April). Most parties are priced on the minimum, with per-guest pricing above it.
How many guests do you cater?
Anything from an intimate gathering up to a big celebration. Smaller groups are welcome — the minimum spend still applies.
Can you handle dietaries?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options across the menu. Tell us when you enquire and we'll flag what works. We confirm allergens before the day, though as a busy hawker kitchen we can't guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
How far ahead should we book?
Peak season (spring–summer) fills fast. Enquire as soon as you have a date — even a rough one.
Is GST included?
Yes, every price shown is inclusive of GST.
