We bring our truck to your venue and serve fresh Vietnamese street food straight to your guests. Casual, fun, and it gets people moving and chatting. Perfect for outdoor weddings, garden venues, and couples who want their food to be part of the experience, not just a course on a plate.

2. Formal Sit-Down Shared Platters
Elegant, traditional, all the polish of a fine-dining wedding
For couples who want a formal seated dinner with the soul of Vietnamese cooking. Shared platters arrive at the table — starters, mains, salads and desserts — designed to be passed around and shared, just like family meals back home. Beautiful for indoor venues and traditional reception layouts.

3. Roaming Canapes
Bite-sized, beautiful, served by our friendly team
Our staff move through your venue serving canapes on trays. Perfect for cocktail-style weddings, pre-dinner mingling, or events where you want guests on their feet, drinks in hand, talking. Small bites packed with flavour — mini bao, slider banh mi, vermicelli cups, dumplings and more.

Every wedding is different. If our standard packages don't quite fit your day, talk to us. We've built menus around themed weddings, dietary heavy guest lists, mixed cultural celebrations, and venues with their own quirks. We're flexible and we love a good brief.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free
Every menu has vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Tell us your guests' dietary requirements when you enquire — we'll flag what works for everyone and adjust the menu to suit.
Allergies, religious requirements, kids' menus, late-night snacks — just ask. We've handled it all.
Booking essentials
Minimum spend
Weeknights and lunch: $1,500 (May–Aug) / $2,000 (Sep–Apr)
Weekends including Friday night: $2,500 (May–Aug) / $2,800 (Sep–Apr)
Sit-Down Shared Platters minimum 60 guests, $2,800 minimum spend.

Truck access
Our trucks are 3.6m high, 6.5m long, 2.4m wide. Worth checking your venue access before booking — we'll happily do a site visit if you're not sure.
How booking works
- 30% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking
- Travel costs may apply outside Melbourne Metro
- Additional staff $46/hr weekday, $56/hr weekend (4 hour minimum)
- 15% surcharge on public holidays
- All prices exclude GST

The questions we get most often from couples planning their day.
How early should we book?
For weekend weddings during peak season (Sep–Apr), we recommend booking 6–12 months ahead. Off-season weddings and weekday events have more flexibility. The earlier you book, the more menu and date options you'll have. Our calendar opens 18 months out — so it's never too early to lock us in.
Do you travel outside Melbourne?
Yes — we cater weddings across Victoria. We've done outdoor weddings in the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, regional bushland venues and beyond. Travel costs apply outside Mebourne Metro. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we'll factor it into your quote.
Can you cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests?
Yes — every menu has vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. When you enquire, tell us your guest count and any specific dietary requirements. We'll flag what works for everyone and adjust the package to suit. We've catered weddings with mixed dietary groups, religious requirements, and full plant-based menus.
What if our venue has weird access or no power/water?
Our trucks are fully self-sufficient — water, gas, power and waste all sorted by us. We just need a flat space (3.6m high, 6.5m long, 2.4m wide) and reasonable access for the truck. If you're unsure about access, send us photos or your venue's contact details and we'll figure it out before you book.
Can we customize the menu?
Absolutely. We've built menus around themed weddings, mixed cultural celebrations, and couples who wanted specific dishes that aren't on our standard menu. If our packages don't quite fit, tell us what you're picturing and we'll work with you on a custom proposal.
What does service look like on the day?
For food truck weddings — we arrive 1 hour before service, set up, and serve guests directly from the truck. Service runs for 2 hours (extendable). For sit-down service — our team plates and serves shared platters at your tables. For canapes — our staff move through your venue serving on trays. Whatever style you choose, we handle setup, service and pack down.
What about kids and late-night snacks?
We can add a simple kids' menu, late-night snack platters (popular for after the dance floor opens), or grazing boards for the bridal party getting ready. Just mention what you need when you enquire and we'll include it in your quote.
