We're Ken and Kathy. Twelve years ago we started cooking Vietnamese street food out of a small trailer at Yarraville Garden. Today we run two food trucks across Melbourne, catering weddings, corporate events, private parties, and packing platter boxes from our Cheltenham kitchen.


Premium ingredients. Sauces, dressings, pickles and marinades all made in-house. The same family running the show since day one.
