Do you cater corporate lunches and office events?
Yes. We cater corporate lunches, team events, and functions across Melbourne, from drop-off platter boxes for a small team to full food truck service for larger events. Tell us your headcount and date and we'll recommend the best fit.
Can I order platter boxes for a smaller group?
Yes. Our Vietnamese platter boxes are made for small gatherings and work lunches, suited to groups from around 6 people. You can pick up from our Cheltenham kitchen or have them delivered locally.
What's included in your platter and drop-off catering?
Fresh Vietnamese platters made in-house — mini banh mi, bao buns, rice paper rolls, spring rolls, salads, and hot share trays — plus ready-made bundles that feed around 10 guests. Sauces, pickles, and marinades are all made in our kitchen.
Do you cater weddings?
Yes. We bring our Vietnamese food truck to weddings across Melbourne and regional Victoria, serving fresh hawker-style food your guests order on the day. It's a relaxed, memorable alternative to plated catering.
Can we create a custom menu for our wedding or event?
Yes. We build fully custom menus for weddings and corporate events around your guests, dietary needs, and the style of your day. Get in touch and we'll design something that suits.
Do you travel to regional weddings outside Melbourne?
Yes, we travel regionally for weddings and events. Travel is included within 25km of Cheltenham; beyond that it's charged at $9.50 per km return. Send us your location for an exact quote.
What do you need on site for the food truck?
Our truck is fully self-sufficient — we bring our own power, gas, and water, so we don't need to plug into your venue. We do need flat, level ground with enough space to fit the truck (7m long by 2.4m wide) plus clearance to open up and serve. Let us know your venue and we'll confirm access with you.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes. We have vegetarian and vegan choices across banh mi, bao, rice paper rolls, salads, and hot trays, including satay tofu and tofu & vegetable satay. Dietary items are confirmed with your order.
Can you cater for gluten-free or allergy requirements?
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs, but our food is prepared in a shared kitchen, so we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. Gluten-free suitability depends on final sauces and supplier labels — tell us your requirements and we'll advise honestly.
Where do you deliver platters, and what does it cost?
Pickup from Cheltenham is free. Local platter delivery within 10km is a flat $30. Weekend delivery and orders beyond 10km are available by enquiry. Food truck catering and weddings are quoted separately based on location.

Are your prices GST-inclusive?
Yes. All our prices include GST — the price you see is the price you pay.
